Our story

Welcome to Cheesecake ART, where every dessert is crafted with creativity and love! Raellen Baker owns and operates Cheesecake ART, a small bakery in the heart of downtown Moberly, Missouri. Raellen, born and raised here, discovered her passion for baking over 15 years ago. What began as a hobby, creating treats for school events, teacher appreciation days, and holidays, quickly grew into something much more.

Raellen’s journey with cheesecake started with a simple recipe that evolved through her own inventive twists. In 2016, she was asked to make 24 cheesecakes for a wedding—a turning point that led to more requests for customized desserts for schools, businesses, and local donations.

Inspired by her love for cheesecake and her sisters, Amber, Raellen, and Trula (their initials spell out ART), Cheesecake ART opened its doors in September 2023. We’re excited to bring Moberly a new take on dessert with unique flavors and personal touches that reflect the warmth of family and community.
